Touch Your Toes! (Or just get close ;))

Are you trying to increase your flexibility and someday touch your toes again?


You may not be able to touch them today, but reach anyway! You're flexibility will increase if you stick with it and follow the steps below as often as you can.


Do this with us - sit up tall, inhale as you raise your arms overhead, then slowly exhale as you bend at the hips and reach towards your toes. Relax here for a few breaths, going deeper on the exhales and more shallow on the inhales.


For our third trimester mamas out there, sit on the floor and open your legs so your feet are hip distance apart. This will give you the much needed space for that belly when you lean forward!
