I've got 3 options for ya to find just the right version for your current level, all are shown in this short video for you!

Option 1 (moderate level)

- Stationary lunge with arms coming down by front leg, back is flat, abdominals controlling forward bend

- Return to start and lift rear leg, keeping abdominals engaged to assist with balance

Option 2 (beginner level)

- Stationary lunge with arms out in front

- Rear leg lift, keeping abdominals engaged to assist with balance

Option 3 (advanced level)

- Lower into lunge to reach arms outside of front leg, gently placing finger tips on floor, back is flat, abdominals controlling forward bend

- Staying in lunge, lift rear leg, keeping neck in neutral alignment and shoulders down

Choose Option 2 and hold onto a chair as you get further along to assist with balance.
