Nourishing Traditions - this is great for all things from holistic pregnancy advice, labor, breastfeeding, child development and even natural treatments for babies/children. ⁠ ⁠


Hypnobirthing - I highly recommend listening to this book on Audible while pregnant. This book explains in detail the processes of labor/delivery, what your body goes through and how to mentally prepare for it. ⁠ ⁠


Super Nutrition for Babies - this book is a deep dive into all things from breastfeeding, formula, first foods, recipes and holistically raising a healthy baby. Tons of great advice, information and recipes! ⁠ ⁠


The Postnatal Depletion Cure - IF YOU READ NOTHING ELSE READ THIS ONE! This is a HUGE un-talked about topic and is incredibly important. This book explains the importance of taking care of Mom, as well as, baby postpartum. This explains in detail all of the nutrients, vitamins, minerals that babies take from the mom while they're developing during pregnancy AND how to replace these. Please read this book no matter how long you've been postpartum or if you're currently pregnant to prevent a postpartum crash. ⁠ ⁠
